I use your information to answer your enquiry and work with you. I do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising or subscribe you to marketing after an enquiry.
Who is responsible
I am Anastasiia Nikolaeva, an independent financial modelling and business consultant working from Chile under the name Anastasia Nikolaeva Consulting. I am responsible for personal data handled through this website and my consulting enquiries, in any of its language versions.
This policy covers visitors, prospective clients, clients and their business contacts. Any additional processing needed for a project is agreed separately. Other projects and websites linked here have their own policies.
What I receive
- From you: your name, email, optional company and message in the form; contact details and information you share by email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram.
- From the website: the time, language and source of an enquiry, delivery status and a record of your form consent. Hosting services also process technical request data, such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs.
- For an agreed engagement: only the contact, contractual and billing details needed for the work and required records.
Please do not include identity documents, card details, sensitive personal data or confidential client files in an initial enquiry.
Why I use it
To reply, arrange calls, prepare proposals, provide agreed services, keep required records and protect the website. The website does not take payments. I do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
I rely on consent where required. Where applicable law permits, other grounds include steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in business correspondence and website security. Additional uses requiring consent will be explained and agreed separately.
Services and international processing
I use the platforms listed below to operate the website and handle enquiries. These services may process information internationally, where they operate their infrastructure.
- Vercel — Website hosting, request processing and security.
- Supabase — Storage of form enquiries.
- Google Gmail — Email correspondence.
- Google Analytics — Website usage analytics, only with your permission.
WhatsApp and Telegram handle messages under their own policies when you choose those channels. I remain responsible for my use of the correspondence.
Where required, international transfers need an applicable legal mechanism, such as appropriate contractual safeguards. The hosting, database, email and analytics providers publish data-processing terms, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can ask me about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Storage and security
Enquiries are kept while I respond and discuss possible work, normally no longer than 12 months after our last exchange. I delete or anonymise information when those purposes end, unless another lawful reason requires retention. Contractual, accounting and dispute records are kept for the periods required by the applicable obligations or claim.
The site uses HTTPS, and access to enquiries is restricted to the people and services needed to handle them. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Email me to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or exercise applicable rights to object, restrict processing or receive a portable copy. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing; some records may still need to be kept by law.
Requests are handled without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline. I may ask for proportionate identity verification. You may also contact the competent court or data-protection authority. Chilean Law 19.628 applies to my activity, alongside other mandatory laws where applicable; this policy does not limit your statutory rights.
